Our professional cleaners utilize a "complete-clean" method where every piece of linen (including duvets) are professionally laundered and sanitized between stays. Our bedroom layouts are as follows: **Bedroom 1 – Master:** Indulge in the lap of luxury in our Master Bedroom, featuring a spacious King Bed fit for royalty. Enjoy the serenity of your own expansive Private Bathroom, complete with all the amenities you could desire. When relaxation calls, retreat to your private Sitting Area and unwind in style. **Bedroom 2:** This inviting room offers a cozy Queen Bed and a thoughtfully designed Private Bathroom. It's the ideal space for a peaceful night's sleep after a day of adventure. **Bedroom 3:** Rest easy in the comfort of a King Bed, knowing that your Private Bathroom is just steps away. This room offers the perfect sanctuary for a tranquil stay. **Bedroom 4:** A Queen Bed awaits in this charming room, with the added convenience of a Jack and Jill Bathroom, shared with Bedroom 5. Ideal for families or close friends looking to stay together. **Bedroom 5:** Another Queen Bed graces this lovely room, along with access to the Jack and Jill Bathroom shared with Bedroom 4. Enjoy a cozy and connected stay. **Additional Amenities:** For our youngest guests, we offer 2 full-sized cribs to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. Need extra sleeping arrangements? We've got you covered with 2 full-sized rollaway beds best suited for children, ensuring everyone in your group has a comfortable place to rest. In addition to our exquisite bedrooms, our space boasts several common areas and amenities that will elevate your stay to new heights of comfort and convenience. **Two Living Rooms:** Our spacious and inviting living rooms offer the perfect place to unwind and socialize. Guests will be met upon arrival and given an overview of the house. Guests may reach us via phone, text or email if you have questions throughout your stay. Paradise Valley is a prominent neighborhood within Scottsdale. It is the ideal location when traveling to the Scottsdale area and is preferred for its proximity to outstanding restaurants, shopping, family attractions and hiking. Old Town Scottsdale is a short 7 minute drive and other trendy & exceptional restaurants and establishments can be found just a mile away. ***Our home can comfortably sleep 10 adults, anything over 10 guests would have to include small children who will sleep comfortably on a full-size rollaway bed or crib. ***The pool can be heated and is an optional amenity for guests, we recommend heating the pool mid Oct - May. ***Pool fencing is required for guests under the age the of 5, but most families feel more comfortable with this option with children of all ages, as do we. The doors of our home leading out to the pool area also come equipped with child locks to make it even less convenient for little children to sneak out to the pool unattended. ***All adults will be required to sign a liability waiver during check in. No changes will be made to the waiver. ***In accordance to Paradise Valley STR compliance we list the following information: The Owner of this property will provide you with pertinent safety information, explain your responsibilities under the Paradise Valley Town Code, and expect you to certify your compliance therewith. You must not use this property for any nonresidential or other prohibited activity or use, as defined in Paradise Valley Town Code Section 10-14-4. Any renter who causes, permits, facilitates, aides, or abets such prohibited use of this property shall be subject to a civil infraction carrying a mandatory penalty of a minimum of $500.00, in addition to any other penalties which the Town may impose. The use of this Short-Term Rental to house sex offenders is prohibited by State Law and by the Paradise Valley Town Code.
